These lenses are extended wear lenses. This means that following the appropriate eye examinations, they can be left in the eye continuously for up to 30 days (even when sleeping). It is however very important to take the lenses out and have a rest from them if they are ever uncomfortable.
You never should sleep with with your lenses if your eyes are uncomfortable or sore.
